The Fauna Norvegica series consists of twelve small decorative wall plates produced by Porsgrund between 1970 and 1985. Designed by Kjelle Loa, each plate features a finely detailed motif of a wild animal native to Norway, from moose and lynx to otter and beaver.

 

Popular both as corporate gifts and as collectibles, the series reflects Porsgrund’s long tradition of creating porcelain inspired by Norwegian culture and nature. These plates bring together artistry, heritage, and craftsmanship, making them timeless souvenirs of Norway’s wildlife.
