Description
The Farmer’s Rose (Bondemønster) décor was first introduced in 1932 and quickly became one of Porsgrund’s most cherished designs. Inspired by traditional Norwegian rosemaling, it shines in clear folk colours — red, green, yellow, and blue. Produced in many variations over the years, it remains a familiar and loved part of Norwegian porcelain history.

These pieces, stamped between 1961 and 1973, were made to accompany Farmer’s Rose services of the same era. With plates, creamers, and sugar bowls in different sizes and shapes, they make a beautiful complement to both the tea and coffee services I also offer from the late 1960s and early 1970s.
