A little more about our store and concept
Our collection includes timeless vintage design pieces from iconic Norwegian makers such as Hadeland Glassverk, Porsgrund Porselen, David Andersen and Hardanger Bestikk.
In addition to design classics, we feature traditional Norwegian craftsmanship – from knitting and woodcarving to weaving and rosemaling. Each piece carries a fragment of Norway’s history, shaped by hand and passed down through generations. Stories in material form, where the maker’s skill and care keep tradition alive.
Choosing vintage and traditional craft is also a sustainable choice: These objects are made to last, both in material and in design. They have already proven their durability, and by giving them a new life, we honor both the environment and the heritage they represent.
Since these are vintage items — mostly pre-loved and previously used — signs of age or wear are to be expected. We try to describe each piece as accurately as possible so you can choose what suits your preferences: Some find charm in the patina of time, while others may prefer items in pristine condition.
We ship both within Norway and internationally. Our specialty, however, is personal delivery within the Greater Oslo Area on purchases above NOK 900 – directly to your hotel or address, arranged in close contact with you. Items can also be picked up in Northern Oslo by appointment.
Each object is carefully cleaned and refreshed, and thoughtfully packed with a note about its history and cultural significance. We emphasize secure wrapping so everything arrives safely home, ready to bring joy in your home or to be given as a meaningful gift
